CLIENT SERVICES / SITE MANAGER required for a leading Security Group to oversee security operations and clients, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulations, whilst maintaining client satisfaction Overseeing security operations and clients, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulations, and maintaining client satisfaction Managing security officers, rosters, leave and postings. Preparing incident reports, daily site visit reports, managing budgets, conducting security assessments. Meetings with Clients and minuting them on official documentation submitted for detail and veracity Update and Control of all assets on sites Implement and Control documentations and recommendations Update and check Uniform of Security Officers Conduct site Inspections and record the inspection on official documentation including the Occurrence Book (OB) Attend to incidences as and when they are reported Matric Certificate Any Security Diploma will be advantageous At least 3 years' experience in the security industry in the management of security officers Good knowledge of security operations and procedures, incident investigations, drafting of security job descriptions, managing security officer's leave Good knowledge of easy roster Must have some knowledge of security CCTV Cameras surveillance systems and be able to review footage when investigating incidences Be able to draft an incident report with facts, findings and recommendations outlined Computer literate Be able to work night shifts once every month Highly negotiable based on qualifications and experience
