Duties:
- Measurement and Valuation:Measuring and valuing the work completed on-site to ensure accurate payment to contractors and subcontractors.
- Progress Reports:Preparing detailed progress reports that outline the work completed and the associated costs.
- Interim Payments: Preparing interim valuations and payments for contractors based on the work completed.
- Quality Assurance:Ensuring that the quality of work meets the required standards and specifications.
- Quantity Surveying qualification
- 2+ experience with Upmarket residential projects
- Clear criminal record
- Availible ASAP
