Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Understanding of the technical specifications, SANS1200 and COLTO.
Read and understand tender documents, and the clients requirements.
Working knowledge of Candy.
Working knowledge of MS Projects.
Working knowledge with Excel and Word.
Understand the tender process
Understand the capabilities and productions of all earthworks plant.
Extensive Knowledge of civil engineering construction projects.
The ability to build up a BOQ based on drawings and scope of works.

Qualifications

ND/ BTech/ BSc in Engineering / Quantity Surveying.

Skills

At least 10+ years experience in estimating and submitting tenders to do with infrastructure projects. Attention to detail. The ability to work to deadlines. Track record.
