We are in search of a dynamic Account Director with a strong background in digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will stay updated on advertising and digital trends, ensuring adherence to industry best practices. Responsibilities (include but not limited to): Lead client meetings, managing protocols and agendas effectively Maintain up-to-date and accurate status reports Develop comprehensive agendas for productive meetings and deliver thorough contact reports promptly Foster strong client relationships through daily communication and proactive assistance Facilitate honest conversations with clients to ensure excellence and trust Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work Take ownership of project timelines and ensure alignment with client requirements and strategies Provide clear and inspiring briefs to creative and production teams Stay informed about the latest digital and social trends Keep abreast of the latest digital and social trends in accordance with industry best practice Requirements / Experience / Skills: Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business Communications Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager in an Advertising Agency or similar environment Proficiency in Office 365 (i.e. Word/Teams/SharePoint/Excel etc.) Well versed in Digital A good command of the English language (both written and verbal) Strong presentation skills Strong administrative and organizational skills (well organized) Strong numerical skills (financial & budget management experience) Ability to multitask (work on multiple tasks at any given time) Personal Attributes: Team player with the ability to work independently Ability to remain calm in highly pressurised environment Accountable Reliable Resilient Solution driven / problem solver Meticulous with attention to detail Other: Valid driver’s license (with own vehicle) and comfortable to work on-site Apply Now
