We are seeking a marketing coordinator to join our marketing team, based in Ndabeni, Cape Town.Daddy’s deals is an e-commerce website that houses the best value deals available nationwide, attracting a multi-million customer base across a wide range of categories, such as:Accommodation Beauty and spaLifestyle and entertainment Food and drinkHealth and wellness Online learningKey duties:Content Plan : Support content lead with marketing strategies this would include, planning, scheduling, booking when it comes to all content and shoots (where necessary)Provide creative ideas for campaigns and general marketing tools to elevate these.Trends & best practices, identify trends across social channels and implement efficiently.Social listening, Tracking, and assessing Customer sentiment. Identifying risk and opportunity.Social media management, scheduling and collation of content including messaging, briefing design studio on campaign elements for all social channels.Content creation for social posts (day to day utilizing Canva / static deal imagery)Community Management, escalating customer service issues.Handling comments and reviews timeously.Compiling excel documents to manage budgets and costings of the campaigns.Assist in compilation of stats for reporting of campaigns, putting these together in a simple designed deck.Planning and organising promotional presentations (where necessary).Manage marketing campaign calendars.Social media video content, Coordinate marketing campaigns including overseeing logistics, coordinating, creating itineraries.Formulate content ideas and present to the team, devise strategies for in house and external UGC and influencer content.Liaise with relevant parties for the full cycle of content creation.- shooting schedules- briefings- approvals and reverts- storyboards (alongside marketing lead)Emailers , Deal and email loading and testingDeal assessment in forums.-Tagging / formulation of campaigns-Liaising with CW team re imagery for use across all channelsBrief Paid media agencies with campaign assets.Skills and qualifications:Collaborative personality can do positive attitude.Team playerExcellent time management skills.Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar roleProject managementReporting research resultsUnderstanding the customerProcess improvement.InitiativePlanningAbility to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Creative mind with excellent written and verbal communicationExcellent presentation skills https://protool.gumtree.co.za/external-link-browser.html?urlaHR0cHM6Ly9lbi16YS53aGF0am9icy5jb20vY29vcG9iX19jcGxfX18xMzIwXzU1NDAwX180OTc/dXRtX3NvdXJjZT1ndW10cmVlJnV0bV9tZWRpdW09ZmVlZCZrZXl3b3JkPQ&jid1780251&xid1320_55400
