As the Social Media Opinion Manager, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the company's social media channels, engaging with customers, and managing the brand's online reputation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engage with the target audience Create and manage compelling content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn Monitor social media channels for customer comments, questions, and concerns, and respond in a timely and professional manner Manage the online reputation of the brand, ensuring positive sentiment and addressing any negative feedback Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement Budgeting and Reporting ROI Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2 Years of proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and critical situations on social media with professionalism and composure Experience with social media management tools Creative mindset and ability to generate engaging content Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Benefits Salary negotiable Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move today Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
