We're actively seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Support Specialist who is eager to ensure an exceptional and seamless experience for our valued clientele. The Role As a Social Media Specialist with proficient copywriting skills, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective social media content and campaign strategy from conception to execution. Trading Tasks Drive the conceptualization and creation of digital content across social media channels, including graphic design, photos, videos, and multimedia content. Write and optimise web content to support best practices. Produce original, clear, and credible content that aligns with campaign objectives. Generate leads through customised emails and landing pages for digital campaigns, product launches, newsletters, and SMS. Engage with the community by posting regular updates on promotions, sporting events, etc. Respond promptly to comments and escalate queries to relevant departments. Engage with relevant social media groups and cultivate relationships with influencers. Propose innovative content ideas to enhance the company's reputation among target audiences, experimenting with new formats, techniques, and creative strategies. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify new stories, trends, and opportunities for content and campaigns. Assist in managing project and campaign deliverables to ensure they meet expectations and deadlines. Create and maintain a database of visual assets within the organization. Pitch effective campaign ideas while ensuring integration with the broader marketing plan across all media channels. Develop content and campaign strategies for major social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). Design content for organic posts and paid formats, staying updated on social media ad formats. Coordinate with designers to plan and produce professional content. Ensure that all content and language published on company social media platforms aligns with the corporate identity. Provide detailed reports on social media performance and identify future opportunities for improvement. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related position. Proficiency in professional copywriting for various verticals, including social media, newsletters, and SMS. Advanced knowledge of Sports Betting and Games. Advanced understanding of digital and social media formats. In-depth experience producing social-first content for major social media platforms. Grade 12 / Matric or higher qualification. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively - R30 000
