We are urgently requiring the services of a Solution Proposal Manager for a 6-month contract for our client based in the Westrand. MUST have a Solutions Architect experience which is essential Pre-assessment of bids and provide feedback to Bid Qualification Committee Collaborate with c ross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions. Writing and consolidation of all technical input from information contributors. Ensuring compliance with customers technical requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and technical teams, to understand the organization's goals and requirements. Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that align with business objectives and customers' requirements. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to make informed recommendations. Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the proposal lifecycle. Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Risk Management and Security: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed solutions and develop mitigation strategies. Document all showstoppers and communicate to all relevant stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-implementation reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Stay abreast of industry best practices and contribute to the technical knowledge base within the organization. Proposal review: Review of proposals to ensure compliance with technical specifications Minimum of 3-year degree Minimum of 5 years' experience in Solution writing Bid management skill is an added advantage Sufficient knowledge of the Telco industry/MTN Relevant certifications from recognised institutions, e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, TOGAF, etc. Project management and time management skills Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends in the Telco and ICT industry.
