This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef located in City of Cape Town. The Sous Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, preparing and cooking food, creating menus, and maintaining food quality standards. The Sous Chef will also be responsible for supervising and training kitchen staff and ensuring that the kitchen is clean and organized. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a busy kitchenExcellent knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniquesStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and manage a teamCreativity and passion for cookingAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsDiploma in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.Own transportSalary 15k per month
