Job Summary: The Sales Development Representative is tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling activities. The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects, and is highly self-motivated. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company's needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically. Job Description: Identify potential B2B clients in the UK market and build a robust database of leads. Initiate outbound communication through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media, to generate interest in our products and services. Conduct thorough research to qualify leads and understand their needs and pain points. Schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads to drive the sales pipeline. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent). Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless transition of leads to the Sales team. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and conversion. A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales development, preferably in the UK market. Previous experience in cold calling or outbound sales prospecting required Proven experience in B2B lead generation and business development. A strong understanding of the UK market and industry trends. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence Demonstrated success in prospecting A strong ability to generate your own leads, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative. Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment An obsession with prospect happiness - set the stage for effective sales follow-up.
