  • Customer Service: Addressing guests' inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Information Provision: Providing information to guests about lodge amenities, local attractions, dining options, and other relevant services.
  • Telephone and Email Handling: Managing incoming calls and emails, transferring calls to appropriate departments, taking messages accurately, and responding to inquiries.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting with administrative tasks such as preparing bills, maintaining guest records, and handling cash transactions.
  • Safety and Security: Ensuring the safety and security of guests by monitoring visitor access and maintaining a secure environment.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolving guest issues and complaints effectively, escalating more complex matters to management when necessary.
  • Communication: Liaising with other lodge staff members, including housekeeping, maintenance, and management, to coordinate guest services and ensure smooth operations.
  • Multitasking: Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones while checking guests in or out, to ensure efficient lodge operations.
  • Cash Handling: Handling cash transactions responsibly and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
