Spa Receptionist - Lephalale

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-ins and check-outs.
  • Manage spa reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding spa services and bookings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized spa reception area.
  • Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure smooth guest flow and service delivery.
  • Upsell additional services and products offered by the spa.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Spa Receptionist or similar role in a high-end hospitality environment, with recent experience using Opera software.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per lodge operations.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments and products is a plus.
