Spa Therapist - Lephalale
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs, according to established protocols.
- Consult with guests to determine their individual needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and equipment.
- Educate guests on spa services and products, and promote spa packages and retail products as appropriate.
- Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout all treatments, adhering to spa protocols and industry standards.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate guest records.
- Collaborate with other lodge departments to provide seamless guest experiences and promote spa services.
- Uphold the lodge's standards of excellence in service, hospitality, and professionalism at all times.
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury spa or hospitality setting.
- Certification or Diploma in Spa Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, skincare treatments, and spa products.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on lodge operations and guest needs.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues across departments.
