Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Extend a warm welcome to clients and a heartfelt goodbye Perform spa treatments according to spa offering and following the established spa standards and guidelines Perform massaging activities according to each client's instructions (pressure and preferred oil/cream) Use of proper etiquette and professionalism at all times Maintain a professional appearance at all times Respond to all guest concerns or complaints with discretion Actively sell additional spa services, encouraging return visits Maintain current knowledge of all spa services, pricings, offerings, schedules and specials Attend regular training sessions and product knowledge courses Product usage control to ensure costs are maintained at all times (minimize wastage) Ensure equipment and product cleanliness at all times, and that all in good working order/functioning properly Uphold the standards of hygiene and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and procedures Maintain and develop a client base and maintain confidentiality policy for all spa guests, including demographic information, medical histories and appointments Maintain positive guest relations at all times Demonstrate knowledge of current trends in spa industry and stay up to date. Qualifications and experience required Matric or Grade 12 certificate Valid Code 08 Driver's License International Spa Qualification (ITEC/CIDESCO/SAAHSP) First Aid Training Minimum of 2 years spa experience in reputable establishment (5-star establishment) Details: Monthly Package Food Allowance Medical Aid Provident Fund Unfurnished Accommodation Transport to work
