A company that provide funeral, life, savings and retirement products and services to South Africans is looking for a Consumer Education & Brand Specialist. The purpose of this role is to provide quality specialist service in Consumer Education and to plan, direct and coordinate a program of interventions to ensure the goals are met and executed as expected. Consumer Education: Develop the Consumer Education strategy in line with the Company Strategy and Sales objectives. Conceptualize new ideas to bring consumer education brand awareness for the organization. Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects / initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress. Coordinate the sourcing, design, development, implementation and maintenance of effective Consumer education programs, aids and materials utilizing knowledge of methods in face to face, e-learning, radio TV and other platforms, aligned to business objectives. Reporting and Monitoring & Evaluation Reporting. Manage and oversee the requirements of the FSC GN500 for the verification agency. Manage contracting with external providers and conclude SLA agreements with them. Attend seminars and ASISA standing committees relating to Consumer Financial Education Brand: Manage in developing and implementing advertising strategies & campaigns Researching market trends, consumer attitudes and gaps in the market, as well as competitors Manage creative agencies relationship and delivery of work Manage and oversee the internal creative team as well as external agencies when applicable, which supports all departments on production related deliverables; this spans a wide body of work from brochures, print materials, promotions, business cards, design elements for projects and brand communications. Co-ordinate briefs and monitor creative projects by liaising with the Creative Agency key contact and the key responsibilities include oversight of creative agency relationship and all project work associated with brand advertising and marketing assets produced by the agency including TV, digital, mobile, social and other media Ensure that branding at Branch office, vehicles and buildings are according to the official corporate image Ensure that relevant material displays official brand i.e. gazebo's, pull ups, banners etc Manage the displays of the Assupol branding at events i.e. sponsorships, gala, functions Liaise relevant parties corporate identity on Print, TV, radio etc. Degree in Marketing Management or relevant to Marketing & Consumer Studies Certification in Project Management 5 years in Marketing (Branding and Advertising) & Consumer Education 3 years' experience in Consumer Education Should you not receive a response within 14 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
