We are looking to appoint an experienced person as Store Supervisor at our very busy Cape Town depot. Qualifications: Grade 12 Experience: 3-5 Years' stock control experience and supervising a team Technical background will be an advantage Knowledge / Abilities: Proficient knowledge of the company, its divisions, associates, people, products, terms and conditions, and services Knowledge and understanding of handling cash (performing cash ups) Performing general administration Work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines Handling conflict, difficult and stressful situations with professional composure Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer's expectations through proactive and appropriate solutions Skills: Computer literacy Detail-oriented Strong written and interpersonal communication Cleanliness Creative Planning and organizing Reliable and honest Self-motivation / Motivating others
