The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a store assistant, receiving and dispatching clerks, training staff on products and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and demonstrating leadership in conflict resolution and delegation. Manage supplier relationships, run store operations independently, and implement lean manufacturing practices. Ensure high professionalism, handle non-performing staff, and optimize productivity through effective performance management.
Job experience and Skills Required:- Minimum requirements: Grade 12 and or/ Supply Chain Qualification
- Minimum 5 years experience in stock control experience with supervising a team.
- Proficient in Sage
