Overview:

A construction company is seeking a Storeman to join their team.

Minimum Requirements:

Proven qualifications and/or certificates in Stores will be a distinct advantage
5-7 Years’ stock control experience
Relevant industry experience in motor vehicle spares or machinery spares
Valid driver's license and own vehicle
Computer Literate - MS Office

Job Responsibilities:

Accurately receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying the quantity and quality of materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Organize and store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling and easy accessibility.
Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system. Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to internal and external customers.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards. Perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment as needed.
Work closely with other team members, including purchasing, production, and logistics staff, to ensure seamless operations
