Subcontractor Administration Clerk - Pretoria

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading subcontractor loads into the system.
  • Communicating with subcontractors (drivers, controllers, managers) to follow up on outstanding documentation.
  • Receiving and sorting delivery documents daily.
  • Making photocopies and organizing client and subcontractor documentation.
  • Scanning documents daily.
  • Maintaining the document archive on a monthly basis.
  • Performing general administrative tasks as needed, including relief work at reception.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Computer literacy, especially in Excel.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
