Subcontractor Administration Clerk - Pretoria
Key Responsibilities:
Loading subcontractor loads into the system.
Communicating with subcontractors (drivers, controllers, managers) to follow up on outstanding documentation.
Receiving and sorting delivery documents daily.
Making photocopies and organizing client and subcontractor documentation.
Scanning documents daily.
Maintaining the document archive on a monthly basis.
Performing general administrative tasks as needed, including relief work at reception.
Requirements:
Grade 12 qualification.
Computer literacy, especially in Excel.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
