This role is based in the Northern Cape and involves the following KPAs:

To ensure the optimisation of operational systems (production and fatigue) and services, to assist in the achievement of production targets and improving business performance, which includes: Operations management SHERQ adherence and compliance in own area of work Contractor management Budget and cost control People management People leadership Continuous improvement Work ethics

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:

Diploma or Degree in Mining Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Mine Surveying / Geology
Supervisory Certificate (Recommended)

Total of 8 years experience which includes:
Minimum of 5 years operational Production Management / Fleet Management systems experience
Minimum of 1 operational exposure to at least one of the following: SQL / Visual basic or similar coding
Minimum of 3 years ERP / Systems experience with background in data structures
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Supervisor / Team Leader / Project Leader
