The successful candidate must be a motivated individual and must be in possession of the following listed below:REQUIREMENTS:•Grade 12.•At least 5 years’ working experience in a similar role.• Hardworking and reliable.• Good self-management.• Must be able to work in a team and manage the team.• Dependable, reliable, responsible, and fulfilling obligations.•Must be computer literate.•Deadline driven.•Attention to detail is important.•Excellent communication skills.•Strong planning and organizing skills.•Must be able to work under pressure.FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES (Included but are not limited to):•Co-ordinate the cleaning teams.•Control the various shifts.•Set up the cleaning process.•Ensure that the company standards are met.•Control the routines required per shift to be carried out.•Control the dilution rates of chemicals as per the suppliers’ recommendations.•Draw up schedules for daily and weekly activities.•Control pests (flies/cockroaches) and rodents.•Ensure that rubbish trailers are emptied and cleaned daily.•Ensure the correct use of equipment to achieve good hygiene results.•Control of the process of drawing of stores items.•Control staff productivity.•Complete all related administration documentation.•Ensure that staff are trained in the jobs they are doing.•Control the filing out of job cards for repairs to department.•Attend various management meetings.•Control department safety management.•Management of KPA's of subordinates.Control leave roster for departmental staff.•Control discipline of staff.•Manage performance appraisal of subordinates.•Ad hoc functions and tasks.Submit your application form or CV to the HR Department, or alternatively via email to recruitkaranbeef.com
