A world class organisation is looking for an Assistant Manager. The main purpose of the role is to engage with the company's stakeholders, as well as manage the business analyst team. Ensure that the reviewing process is up to the high standards that adhere to the regulatory compliance of the company. Your key responsibilities will include, but is not limited to: Maintaining regulatory excellence and uphold the company's esteemed reputation by engaging with member firms in a professional manner during regulatory interactions, fostering trust and respect. Cultivate strong connections with internal and external stakeholders through effective interpersonal communication, promoting transparency and confidence in the company. Provide industry insight by understanding the market regulations and industry dynamics, collaborating with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and market integrity. Promote honesty and integrity in all communications, consistently reflecting our company's values. Protecting and Growing Core Business: Ensure compliance assurance by assessing member firms' adherence to regulations and standards, conducting thorough on-site reviews to identify and address areas of risk. Ensure that review processes are executed to the highest standards, meeting deadlines, and delivering comprehensive reports to member firms. Strive for continuous improvement and enhance the reviewing procedures, staying abreast of industry best practices and regulatory updates to maintain effectiveness and relevance.
