Supply Chain & Internal Sales Supervisor - Alberton
Qualification
- Matric with Mathematics (Core)
- Degree / Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain
- 2 - 5 Years' experience supervising every stage of the company's sales process and supply chain, from purchasing raw materials to production.
- Thorough knowledge of Inco Terms
- Computer literate on MS Office, ERP System and Syspro
- Implementing processes to ensure that the product comes at just the right time and coordinate storage for it.
- Optimising transport cost savings and strictly meeting delivery deadlines.
- Report on Expected Sales (Monthly)
- Prepare Cost of Sales Analysis (Monthly)
- Prepare Monthly Sales Report
- COD report
- Quote / lost order report
- Managing Reception
- Credit application process
- Costing Sheet updates and management
- Proof checking quotes/ Sales Orders from Internal Sales Reps
- Implementation and supervision of Internal Sales Procedures (where needed)
- Facilitate Monthly External Sales / Internal Sales meetings
- Facilitate Daily Production/Sales meetings
- Assist with Auditors (yearly)
- Budgets (yearly)
- Follow up with orders and customer feedback
- Supervise Internal Sales team
- Liaise with Foreign Suppliers
- Liaise with Freight transporters and clearing agents on incoming materials
- Get quotes from transporters based on Sales enquiry for their costing
- Material Payments listing monthly
- Goods in Transit listing monthly
- Generate Foreign Supplier Purchase orders on ERP System
- GRN'ng of material once received ad hoc basis
- Material Price listing and forecasting monthly
- Report on transport costs, trends, and material movements ad hoc basis
