Requirements:

Must have +7 years of experience as a Support Engineer
Must have a tertiary qualification
Must have experience in Application support
Experience in implementing configuration, optimization, and maintenance for application
Must have banking/ financial services experience
Troubleshooting and backup
Disaster recovery
Working on upgrades
Experience in assisting with designing, testing, and improving technology products
Knowledge of application infrastructure
Coordination with infrastructure and architecture teams
Application monitoring and performance management
