We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Theatre Sales Representative to promote and sell our cutting-edge medical products at Indisense Technology. Your focus will be on ESU generators, along with ESU accessories and related consumables. Your role will encompass a range of activities aimed at expanding our market presence and driving sales growth. • Promote and sell ESU generators, accessories, and related consumables, as well as other surgical instruments. • Arrange appointments with doctors, theatre staff, clinical engineers, and hospital medical teams, including both pre-arranged appointments and cold calling. • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals. • Provide good customer support. • Represent Indisense Technology at trade shows and events to enhance product visibility. • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with medical staff, theatre personnel, and administrative support teams. • Manage leads and customer relationships within a defined territory, aiming to acquire new customers and nurture existing ones for long-term partnerships. • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and pertinent information. • Collaborate with the area sales team and manager to plan work schedules and achieve sales targets. • Stay updated with the latest clinical data and technical information to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals. • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to combat competitive challenges. • Develop innovative strategies to increase engagement within the medical and healthcare sector. Higher education in biomedical sciences. At least one year's experience in surgical sales Valid CRICE certification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse healthcare professionals. Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments, records, and sales data. Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work independently. Adaptability to stay current with medical advancements and market trends. Willingness to travel for appointments, trade shows, and meetings as required.
