Your Purpose: As a System Integrator, your role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration and lifecycle management of complex IT solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of IT products and solutions, from initial design and deployment through to ongoing support and eventual phase-out. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning technical capabilities with business requirements, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. Your Responsibilities: You will provide 3rd level technical support to service engineers, product managers, resellers, and customers, resolving complex technical issues efficiently. As a technical liaison, you will manage supplier escalations, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues and maintaining strong relationships with our partners. Your role will also involve conducting specialized technical training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of our internal teams and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our sales team, providing technical consultancy and support to drive new business opportunities and contribute to sales efforts. What's Required: To excel in this role, you should possess a strong technical background with 5-10 years of experience in technologies such as Unify, Microsoft, AWS, Google, Mitel, Huawei, VoIP, Networking, and Security. You must demonstrate expertise in consulting, designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT solutions. Your problem-solving skills should be exceptional, allowing you to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues creatively and effectively. Project management experience is essential, as you will be responsible for managing project requirements, coordinating resources, and delivering solutions to meet time, cost, and quality targets. You should hold certifications such as MCSA or MCSE Communications, CCNP or HCNP, ITIL Foundation, and relevant vendor certifications. Where You Will Be Working: You will be an integral part of the team, working closely with services, sales, and technology management teams. Your role will involve extensive interaction with customers, strategic partners, and third-party suppliers to ensure successful integration and support of IT solutions.
