Introduction Our client based in Reitz, Free State, is looking to employ a Talent Acquisition & Retention Manager to join their team . The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, under high stress and proactively finding solutions to challenges. Description Executing the talent acquisition & retention strategy of the company. You will work with pace and precision to deliver within agreed SLAs and support the company in attracting, selecting and retaining the best talent to provide the Group with a competitive advantage - the best talent and skills in the Agri Industry. Executing the talent acquisition & retention strategy of the company. The successful candidate will develop and implement effective strategies to identify, select and retain skilled individuals who align with the company's values, purpose, strategy and objectives. Secure an effective role brief and create a bespoke attract, selection and retention strategy across various platforms. Qualify employees thoroughly against role specifications to assess fit, maximizing potential against future roles. Assess employees' commitment, handle objections and concerns, and present a shortlist of qualified and relevant employees to the relevant stakeholders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in trackers and systems, while planning and prioritizing roles to meet and exceed deadlines and SLA agreements. Provide a world-class experience to external and internal employees, and proactively offer updates and options to the team and the wider business. Work alongside business leadership to identify workforce requirements. Develop a retention strategy in collaboration with the Talent Development Head, to ensure the Group retains its top talent (internal talent pipeline) Brand awareness on social media in collaboration with Marketing team to attract the best talent and build an external talent pipeline Maintain talent pipelines through relationship building with various institutions and collaboration with the Human Capital Team. Profile Industrial Psychology Hons. Degree Professionally registered with HPCSA and/or SABPP At least 5 years of specialist experience in Talent Attraction, Selection and Retention Comprehensive understanding of talent acquisition practices A strong recruitment specialist with a track record of attracting, selecting and retaining top talent. Tech-savvy and skilled at using these tools to attract, select and retain candidates. A clear and concise communicator who can deliver world-class service. A planner who organizes resources to achieve SLAs. Able to support various clients and needs in terms of talent acquisition. Apply Now
