Job Title: Team Assistant Property Manager
Location: Groenkloof, Pretoria
Salary: R8 500- R10 000 (Depending on experience)
Closing date: End July 2024
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Property Management team
- Assist with the day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties
- Coordinate and conduct property viewings and inspection.
- Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and other documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Assist with lease administration, including renewals and terminations
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and queries
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and tenants
- Assist with marketing and advertising of properties
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- 1- 4 years of experience in an administrative or property-related role
- Excellent customer service skills and strong project management abilities
- Excellent communication skill
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
