CCNA (valid) Certification is a minimum requirement ITIL Foundation advantageous Bachelors in Technology Degree / Diploma an advantage 3 years' supervisory experience in a Support / NOC environment Experience in an Enterprise and Wholesale Telecommunications support environment.
