- Ability to manage and lead a team of consultants on all levels
- Must be computer literate (Excel especially) and be proficient on social media

Job description:- Report to directly to the Operating Partner
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Oversee training for current staff and sales agents
- Lead and manage sales and business meetings monthly as well as quarterly
- Lead the Office
- Implement the companys vision and strategic objectives
- Ensure that, by making use of the business model, systems, technology and other tools, goals for growth and profitability are achieved.
- Lead the development of all staff (sales and non-sales).
- Attain majority market share in target markets
- Drive performance and profitability
- Motivate and increase morale
- Competitor analysis
- Develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete
- Conduct staff performance reviews
- Manage large sales team
