Team Leader

Main purpose of the job:

We are looking for professional, self-motivated and determined individuals to join us on this exciting USA Campaign. You will be required to manage, motivate, support and guide a team in assisting clients with Technical Support

Key responsibilities:

Effectively manage the team to ensure service delivery standards are met.
Immediately address any challenges the agents might face which may impact productivity.
Coach and mentor, the teams
Regular performance reviews to ensure KPIâ€™s are met and
Daily management of absenteeism and attendance
Build rapport with the client, and ensure every experience is exceptional.
Maintain sound client relations.
Create and submit the necessary reporting on time.
Regularly connect with management where support is needed.
Technical abilities in customer service

Minimum Requirements:

Must have worked night shift before.
Must have worked with American clients.
MS Office literate
Excellent communication both verbal and written.
Must have own transport
