Main purpose of the job:

Key responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the team to ensure service delivery standards are met.
- Immediately address any challenges the agents might face which may impact productivity.
- Coach and mentor, the teams
- Regular performance reviews to ensure KPI’s are met and
- Daily management of absenteeism and attendance
- Build rapport with the client, and ensure every experience is exceptional.
- Maintain sound client relations.
- Create and submit the necessary reporting on time.
- Regularly connect with management where support is needed.
- Technical abilities in customer service
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have worked night shift before.
- Must have worked with American clients.
- MS Office literate
- Excellent communication both verbal and written.
- Must have own transport
