The Technical Support Representative (TSR) is primarily accountable for resolving customer issues in a manner that minimizes the customer’s time and effort required to achieve resolution and emotionally connects the customer with the client’s brand. The TSR reports to the Team Leader.

Key responsibilities:
Attend to inbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
Utilize sound technical and troubleshooting abilities to assist and support client.
Build rapport with the client, and ensure every experience is exceptional.
Think on your feet to provide solutions to challenges faced by the client.
You will be conversing in voice, email and chat. Therefore, professionalism is to be maintained through all channels.
Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections.
Be comfortable and confident in your approach to clients
Minimum Requirements:
Must have worked night shift in a call Centre.
Must have worked with American clients.
MS Office literate
Excellent communication both verbal and written.
