Job Description:As a Technical Authorizations Agent, you'll be the engine driving our Authorizations team forward Your responsibilities will include capturing, assessing, monitoring, and approving service and maintenance claims with finesse and accuracy. From handling incoming calls to promoting the use of our cutting-edge online system, every day will be a thrilling ride filled with opportunities to showcase your technical prowess and exceptional customer service skills.
