Drive Construction Success: Source, Negotiate, Deliver As a Construction Site Purchaser/Buyer, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and services for various construction projects. Working closely with project managers, site managers, engineers, and contractors, you'll ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of supplies while maintaining records and monitoring supplier performance. Requirements: Relevant diploma or degree in procurement, supply chain management, or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in construction or hardware procurement. Experience in hospitality/ solar procurement is advantageous. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and suppliers. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask. Valid driver's license and own transport required.
