Responsibilities
- Manage and streamline sales processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with technical product specifications and industry trends.
- Participate in industry training and events to enhance skills and collaborate with stakeholders to provide effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients to expand sales territories.
- Confidently and patiently assist customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Provide guidance and support to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
- Promote and advocate for high-quality, sustainably made products that offer long-term value, encouraging customers to invest in more durable and environmentally responsible solutions.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree and/or relevant experience.
- 5 years of experience in technical sales related to electro-pneumatic automation.
- Proficiency in sales management; Zoho CRM and marketing experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance.
- Valid driver’s license.
