PURPOSE:

Are you passionate about data science and eager to shape the next generation of Data Science Practitioners? We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Trainer to join our team as a Data Science Practitioner Facilitator.

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Minimum Requirement - NQF Level 6 industry-recognized qualification
NQF Level 6 or Higher Qualification in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the IT industry.

TECHNICAL CERTIFICATION

Possession of an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) vendor certification.
Accreditation by MICT SETA.

Having below certification would be advantageous

Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate
Google Professional Data Engineer
Coursera or edX Data Science Certifications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to aspiring Data Science Practitioners.
Develop and update training materials and curriculum to ensure alignment with industry standards.
Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to enhance learners' understanding.
Assess learners' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the data science field.
