Investigate internal and external quality complaints and implement required corrective actions (RCA), and reports (CAR) Issue Certificates of Analysis/Conformance (CoA/C) timeously. Manage safe keeping and disposal of samples and paper records Manage calibration and verification of all quality instrument and equipment Conducting ongoing, periodic vendor audits Human Resources Identify and review training needs of workers relating to quality Coach workforce on all quality expectations Other Work with SHE Practitioner to improve SHEQ activities Manage Quality KPIs with SHE Practitioner Attend all management meetings as required Stand in for SHE Practitioner when not on site ISO 9001 Quality Management system Min 3 years COAs External Auditors experience Customer complaints Diploma Quality Management and customer complaints experience R18 000 CTC
