Our client in the Agricultural Industry requires the services an energetic and dynamic Telesales Clerk to join their team. Key performance areas: General assistance – counting stock, assisting in warehouse, etc. Customer service – processing orders, handling all correspondence, sell products/services, processing goods returned, handling customer queries, etc. The successful candidate must have: Matric At least 3 years' experience in a marketing/sales/customer service role Working knowledge of SAP Knowledge of irrigation products would be advantageous Excellent computer literacy (MS Office – Outlook, Word & Excel) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have excellent telephonic and customer service skills Must have good mathematical/numeracy skills Must be independent with a practical attitude Must have a valid driver's licence and own reliable transport Please note that only short listed candidates will be contacted.
