  • Looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Tele sales Consultant who will be responsible for:
  • - Promoting, selling and securing orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
  • - Assisting the Sales Team to keep abreast of market trends and influences.
  • - Managing the accounts of existing customers through excellent relationships and a clear sense of goals and priorities
  • - Assist the Branch Manager and Sales Team with administrative and planning tasks such as Inventory Procurement, Order follow ups and credit returns administration.
  • Execute existing Sales Strategies that are in line with the business plans:
  • Generating leads, targeting new customers and expanding market share.
  • Develop and maintain existing customer base and maintain data in CRM-system.
  • Prepare and follow-up quotations, process orders and address enquiries from customers.
  • Be pro-active, liaise with internal stakeholders regarding delivery dates and stock procurement to ensure service excellence.
  • Evaluate market, provide feedback to management.
