As a Tender Specialist, you will play a critical role in the tendering process, managing the end-to-end process from identifying tender opportunities to the submission of winning proposals. Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate tender opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives Manage the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure all tender requirements are met Coordinate with external partners and subcontractors as needed Conduct research and analysis to support the development of competitive tender proposals Maintain a database of tender documents and ensure proper document control Track and monitor tender timelines and deadlines Participate in tender evaluation processes and present proposals to clients Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in tendering processes Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in tender management, preferably in the Engineering Consulting industry Strong understanding of tender processes, regulations, and best practices Proven track record of successfully managing and winning tenders Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tender management software Benefits: Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
