We are a 100% black owned entity that has a diverse portfolio operating in various sectors of the economy specialising in Costruction, Security and Transport. We are seeking an experienced Team Leader with vast knowledge in Tendering to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be working with a Team of experienced Tender Administrators Receiving and processing of enquiries and official tender Correct and accurate completion of quotations and official tender documents Ensure that both costing and technical information is timeously received in order to submit comprehensive and commercially sound offers. Ensure that all tender briefings are attended Ensure that submission deadlines are met Ensure that database of submitted tenders is continuosly updated Internal communication required with all sectors of the business Liaise with potential and existing customers as and when required from time to time. Familiarize with all commercial procedures of the Tenders Department and ensure that the usual confidentiality is maintained. Assisting with relevant tasks as and when required. A minimum of 3 years' work experience in tender administration. Experience working on Construction and Security Tenders will be an added advantage. Minimum of 1 year experience in a Team Leading Position Proven Track Record Microsoft Office experience essential Written and Verbal Communication skills essential Attention to detail and good analytical and problem solving skills Capable of working under pressure, with minimum supervision and meeting deadlines Maybe required to work more than the normal working hours as and when necessary Salary/ Package R120k per annum Benefits Incentives for each awarded Tender Performance based yearly bonuses
