Minimum requirements:
- Own transport is essential
- Matric PLUS Tertiary Qualification in Accountancy
- Qualification in Excel (Or Advanced Excel skill) Min.
- 3 years experience Highly Proficient in QuickBooks, Pastel
- Excellent command of English.
- Afrikaans an advantage
- Strong reconciliation skills
- VAT proficiency necessary
- Understanding of Cost Centres and classification.
Primary Duties: 1. Creditors - full function for sign-off
2. Accounts Analysis
3. Reimbursed Expenses - full function, including development 4. Implementation of expense policy
5. Commissions / KPI's
6. Credit cards - full function, including development
7. Fixed Assets management and depreciation
8. Year-end assistance with closing, archiving, opening balances and auditor file preparation.
Other: - Order capturing if required.
- Invoicing if required.
- Data capturing and assistance with stock-takes, variance reporting.
- Prepare shipment costings.
- Filing and ad hoc office duties.
