Phakisa Holdings is looking for Tractor Operator in Alberton and Meyerton areas Operate tractors and machinery to plow, harrow, plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to seasonal and operational requirements. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on tractors and equipment to ensure proper functioning. Transport materials, supplies, and harvested crops around the farm or between fields. Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries during operation. Monitor and adjust equipment settings to achieve optimal performance and efficiency. Assist with irrigation systems, fertilization, and pesticide application as directed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment storage. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and workflows. Must have a Slasher experience Proven experience operating tractors and agricultural equipment. Knowledge of tractor maintenance and repair practices. Familiarity with agricultural techniques and practices. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Attention to detail and safety consciousness. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. .Grade 12/ Matric R57.12 Per Hour
