OVERALL OBJECTIVES To ensure the best service to customers, MSC branches nationally and MSC Geneva is maintained at all times. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Assisting with COD (Change of Destination) requests Compiling daily vessel forecast figures and compiling summary details for distribution Compiling regular booking reports with applicable shipper, commodity, and ocean freight details. Quoting export & import freight rates Assisting all regions with queries relating to the South America and East Mediterranean trade segments. Keep record of all special rates quoted nationally. To ensure the tariff & routing guideline is updated and forwarded to all regions. Assisting with freight rate monitoring to ensure correct freight rates are being applied. Updating of rates and demurrage on TMS. Updating the routing table for trade segments Atleast 5 to 7 years reefer/shipping experience essential Customer Services Orientation Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Computer Literacy
