Customer Relations: Retain 100% of good-paying customers and increase sales within each account. Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional support and guidance. Utilize sales resources effectively to enhance customer satisfaction. Identify and recommend new opportunities for profit and service improvements. Operational Efficiency: Maximize efficiency by fully utilizing all sales resources. Follow the established sales process for each customer. Ensure accurate pricing to achieve optimal GP. Obtain necessary authorizations for special pricing outside set volume discounts. Continuous Learning: Attend relevant training sessions and courses to continuously improve. Engage in self-study to stay updated on industry trends and sales strategies. Participate in ad hoc training sessions to enhance your skills. What Success Looks Like: Consistently exceeding sales and growth targets. Retaining 100% of the good-paying customer base. Increasing market share by capitalizing on new sales opportunities. Maintaining high levels of customer interaction and satisfaction. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in sales growth and customer relationship management. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
