Obtain necessary authorizations for special pricing outside set volume discounts. Continuous Learning: Attend relevant training sessions and courses to continuously improve. Engage in self-study to stay updated on industry trends and sales strategies. Participate in ad hoc training sessions to enhance your skills. What Success Looks Like: Consistently exceeding sales and growth targets. Retaining 100% of the good-paying customer base. Increasing market share by capitalizing on new sales opportunities. Maintaining high levels of customer interaction and satisfaction. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in sales growth and customer relationship management.
