About the Role: Our client is seeking a motivated Trainer with BPO experience to inspire and develop their team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring superior customer service experiences. Ideal candidates excel in interpersonal communication, understand business needs, and manage training and administrative tasks effectively. Role & Responsibilities: Develop and implement training programs as directed; Facilitate engaging training sessions, both face-to-face and virtual; Monitor attendance, assess learning, and motivate team members; Support operations during the nesting period; Collaborate with Operations and Customer Experience to improve training effectiveness; Perform administrative duties including attendance reporting and client updates. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of BPO training experience; Expertise in team development; Results-oriented with strong analytical and planning skills; Adaptability to change; Effective facilitation of groups of 20; Excellent coaching and communication abilities; Superior time management and attention to detail; Logical thinking and troubleshooting skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
