As the Training and Development Manager you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for employees within the hospitality cleaning sector. This role may include creating educational materials, organizing workshops, assessing training needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to ensure staff are well-equipped to provide excellent service.
