We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Plant Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Treatment plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the plant, managing a team of production staff, and maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency. Oversee the production process including the planning, organizing and controlling the flow of materials, equipment and personel. Managing a team of treatment staff, including training, coaching and mentoring. Ensuring safety, compliance and environmental regulations. Identify and implement process improvements improve efficiencies and reduce costs. Manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and problem solving. Identify and address any issues that may arise within the Treatment plant. Matric A relevant qualification is an added advantage A reliable vehicle with a valid driver's licence 3-5 years of experience in a similar industry Must be computer literate Must have strong electrical / mechanical experience and understanding Market related benefits
