Job Title: Trial Balance Bookkeeper – Hilton Our client is seeking an immediately available Trial Balance Bookkeeper to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Record and maintain accurate financial transactions daily Organise and manage financial records, ensuring completeness and accuracy Conduct monthly reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies Submit weekly statements to retailers Implement and maintain a system for daily stock control Generate regular reports on stock levels and trends Generate daily orders and invoices efficiently and accurately Ensure that orders and invoices comply with company policies and regulations Manage the petty cash book for walk-in sales, ensuring accountability and accuracy Reconcile petty cash transactions regularly. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles Familiarity with financial reconciliation and reporting Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Friendly and pleasant demeanour, with excellent interpersonal skills.
