As a Trusts and Beneficiary Funds Consultant - you will be responsible for the devvelopment and maintenance of the relationships with institutional funds in order to grow our assets under management as well as acquire new funds 1. Provide Sales Support to National Sales Manager. 2. Responsible for sales administration. 3. Providing guidance to internal and external clients in respect of the Beneficiary Fund department. 4. Achieve challenging asset and income targets for marketing of: -Sanlam Trust Beneficiary Fund at approved retirement funds for payment of benefits allocated in terms of Section 37C of the Pension Fund Act; and -Guardian Trust to intermediaries and individual policy holders for minor beneficiaries. 5. Responsible for marketing material, including brochures, proposals, presentations, etc. of Beneficiary Fund, Guardian Trust and Umbrella Trusts. 6. Prepares the presentation and tenders for Sales pitch 7. Conduct presentation for new funds 8. Acquire new business 9. Liaising with internal and external clients to close a sale; address queries; etc. 10. Assist in annual road shows and conferences, including arrangements and all actions required. 11. Prepare welcome files for new clients. 12. Regular benchmarking of value proposition and managing of products in accordance in order to ensure a competitive edge in the market. 13. Provide general support to back office. 14. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to funds. 15. Building relationships with new clients and intermediaries on a national basis within the employee benefit environment. 16. Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with clients/intermediaries in order to ensure that Sanlam Trust stay their preferred service provider. 17. Advice and support clients and intermediaries effectively on legal requirements and processes regarding Beneficiary Fund and Umbrella Trusts. 18. Jointly responsible for the profitability of the business unit. 19.
